A Word from the Author

Originally I planned to write Ilona’s story as one book, but the characters of the story had different plans. They wanted to tell the whole story and the ideas kept popping into my mind as the story developed with its twists and turns. Every week I added a new chapter until I found the ending of the story that I was satisfied with. I hope you will enjoy traveling through time with Ilona from the time her people were nomads, to the castles of the 14th century, to present day, as she struggles to overcome the obstacles placed in her path.
