Know More

Ascending Spiral is the journey of a person through many lifetimes, in order to make amends for a terrible ancient crime: destroying all life on a planet like Earth. Right now, this person is Pip, who knows he is here either to witness the destruction of humanity, or be an agent in saving us.

To do his work, he needed to recall a few of his many past lives, and the majority of the book covers exciting times full of challenges, going round and round from life to life, but always learning and growing.

Would you like to join Pip in saving a future for our children, and their children and grandchildren in perpetuity?

A Word from the Author

Author Bob rich picture
In 2007, I found a therapist who could help me regain memories of my traumatic infancy. Only, she also took me, a confirmed skeptic, into several past lives. I found out why I am on this planet at this particular time, and why things Irish attract me.

Over the next couple of years, I actively worked at getting more recalls, and at a certain stage, the words started flowing:

“The first time I saw my love, she had long, straight black hair held in place with a red band, and pansy-blue eyes, and a long elfin face that was quick to flash into a shy smile…”

Then, “The second time I saw my love, she had golden hair, a square face and a terrible temper. She was two years of age, and me four, and when her parents and mine worked in the potato fields, it was my task to keep her from mischief. But as she lay in the dirt and screamed with her face going blue and her heels hammering the ground, that was when I knew I loved her, and always had and always would.”

I couldn’t write this story as nonfiction, because I can’t afford lawyers, so I changed enough details to protect the guilty. Also, the hero, Pip, experienced all the events that have ever happened to me in all my lives, but handled them the way I wish I’d done. There is a psychological technique of writing a film script like that, with the hero being the person you’d like to be — then stepping into the role. I don’t write film scripts but novels, and that’s what I did.

And, because of the kind of person I am, the book ends with a call to arms. I want you to join my team.

Know More

The out of the body traveller, Jim Long and his crew, arrive for a short vacation on a friendly peace loving planet. Within days, he is flung into a series of chilling events that disrupts society and causes devastation to the huge infrastructure of religious and political life. He desperately searches with translators for the answers in an archaic religious book as an escalating madness erupts around him. His psychic bracelet seems of little use as the planet is being slowly driven out of the physical reality.

A Word from the Author

Author Robin G. Howard pictureSoulgate –temple of souls, was the 3rd in the series of the Jim Long space agent books. The story starts on a distant planet where politicians and the clerics of an ancient theology rule together in government. A few thousand years of peace is interrupted by the discovery of a vast buried circular temple just outside the city limits. Jim and his crew of Gail farmer and Norman Clark on a short holiday at the time are intrigued by the escalation to reach the centre that is blocked by tunnels of dark matter. In the total blackness, all physical senses ceased to exist, causing disorientation and sickness. Some enter and return to a strange madness. A threatening psychic power is released that starts to encompass the city and then spreading around the planet. The study of an ancient book may have the answer but can they unravel the mystery before they are taken out of existence. As an author, the writing was quite exciting the story was plotted, but I had no ending in mind in the steady progress toward the last two chapters. My brain just kept pulling ideas out of the ether – a financial collapse – this happened in real life two years later. Finally, just before the last chapter, the ending was revealed, and I looked upward and said thank you. There is a reason why I believe wholeheartedly in paranormal and psychic phenomena because of a wonderful, unbelievable occurrence that happened to me fifty-six years ago. It is documented and in a video on my website.

Know More

In a distant solar system, a war breaks between the Webbur Union, its ally the Kingdom of Torrance, and their rival, the Axx Republic. Byllard Iddo is a young man who accidently killed his father in a martial arts training session. He left to join the Space Navy.
Now a lieutenant in the powerful Webbur Navy, Byl will serve in different ships and face danger as the war grows in violence. Refusing to disappoint his new family, the Navy, he embarks in a desperate mission to diminish a ruthless threat: the invisible Silent Boats that prey on the convoys that cross the void Dark Sea space between Webbur and Torrance.

He is sure of only one thing: many will die in the battles ahead and he will do whatever it takes to bring the war closer to an end. As he walks this path, through tales of love, pain and sacrifice, he becomes the youngest and most decorated Captain in Webbur Space Navy’s history.

Award-winning author Bruno Martins Soares comes back with a new scifi novel that will bring you to a dark hard world at war. What if WWII’s Battle of the Atlantic happened in Space, thousands of light-years from Earth?

A Word from the Author

Author Bruno Martins Soares pictureMy name is Bruno Martins Soares. I started writing fiction when I was 12 years old, in particular, Scifi/Fantasy. My first story (which lasted for three whole chapters) was about me and my brother’s adventures in the 19th century’s Far West. More than 30 years later, I’m still in love with these kinds of stories – worldbuilding and action/adventure narratives.

My newest work is the trilogy: The Dark Sea War Chronicles, which three volumes will be consecutively published from October to December 2017 and be available at Amazon. This is the story of Byl Iddo, a lieutenant in Webbur’s Space Navy, involved in a space war in a solar system in a far galaxy. Iddo killed his father in a martial arts training accident and fled to join the Navy. As the war starts, he will be propelled into different parts of the conflict, eventually becoming one of the youngest and most decorated Captains in Webbur’s history.
My readers are used to many different references in my work. In Alex 9, you would find action adventure, Space battles, espionage, fantasy-like medieval worlds, cavalry charges, Japanese martial arts, prophecies, religious fanaticism and political intrigues, with all kinds of specific references, from the Roman Legions to Bruce Lee. The Dark Sea War Chronicles are no exception: they are inspired by several different events and themes. I’d like to mention three major references that prompted me to write it.

First, the Battle of the Atlantic in WWII. I love the theme of WWII and I’ve been fascinated with that event since my childhood, as horrifying as it was. And the Battle of the Atlantic is particularly fascinating as it became a battle between two sides who were constantly innovating technology and tactics to outsmart each other. At one point, the United Kingdom would have collapsed if the Germans had been able to maintain the level of success of their U-Boats over Supply Convoys for another 6 months. Also, the Allies had a major weakness, which was the vulnerability of the convoys when they were passing through the Atlantic Gap, an area of the Atlantic Ocean where no escort plane had the range to reach. That Gap became the inspiration for the Dark Sea, an empty extension of Space between the Eeron and the Mirox asteroid belts in Byl Iddo’s solar system.

Second, Navy-fiction. I very much enjoy the stories about Alexander Kent’s Bolitho or C.S. Forster’s Hornblower aboard the vessels of the British Navy in the Napoleonic Era. Those line battles and daring missions are the main model for most of Byl Iddo’s narrative.
Third, big Battleship Battles. I love the kind of Scifi where you see big Spaceships battle each other, as in Star Wars, Star Trek, Battleship Gallactica, Battleship Yamato, etc.

You can also find espionage and martial arts and other influences throughout the story.
Yet, as in all my stories, the main driver is the character dynamic. I like to write characters that are human, with which we can identify with, with problems and faults and traits we can relate to. Byl Iddo will not have an easy life and a time of war is a hard time to live indeed. He will have to strive over many terrifying dangers and only his ingenuity and leadership skills will help him become the man he was born to be.

I hope you enjoy the book and please let me know what you think!

Thank you very much!
