I have already used more than four of the recipes from this book and they are great! The recipes are simple and delicious. This book is worth the price and the pictures for every recipe really helps me know what to look for when I make them at home. This book has changed the way I eat and it feels good to know I can eat healthy foods with flavor with out added sugars, msg and all that other processed stuff, all while doing it myself at home. The recipe ingredients are simple and I usually have everything at home. Yum! My kids love the foods in this book as well and always want to be included in my daily meals.
