FBOM is the first book of the Eyes of Justice crime/thriller series by Michael Bosso
Know More
There is no pain like the loss of a child. When that pain can be directed at one group, in the hands of a dark and brilliant zealot, there are no prisoners and no survivors–only a wake of destruction and damnation.
This is the story of one such man, the woman who loves him, the detective who hates him, and the country girl who understands him far too well. Who will come out on top as they clash in the dark and dangerous world of ultra-wealthy scions, mob bosses, and corrupt politicians?
Disclaimer: This is a fast paced, dark, brutal story that may trigger those who have experienced abuse, rape, or violence. If you have … know there are people who care and want to stand by you. If you need help, please see the Appendix for helpful resources.
A Word from the Author
On the surface, FBoM is a story of vengeance and redemption. If you delve deeper into the story you realize it’s much more. The lives that have been forever changed due to a moments lack of humanity. The women and families that have been affected by the brutality of a terrifying large percentage of men and how some have chosen to deal with the aftermath.
It is my hope that the story opens a dialogue between fathers and sons, mothers and daughters, and the understanding that rape is rape in its many different forms. The victims are faultless and at times the perpetrators aren’t even aware they have done wrong. Society has allowed a system that continues to allow males to act irresponsibly, and in many cases cruelly, without regard to what happens to their victims afterwards. It’s time to make them understand… It’s time for the Foundation for the Betterment Of Man to make them pay…

Our Review
I couldn’t put this book down, I wanted to know what was going to happen next and how the characters would evolve and overcome what was thrown at them. The characters are well rounded and complex having their good and bad sides, overcoming trauma is never easy- be prepared for very strong emotions. The book approaches a very actual problem and it is a very good tool to bring attention to it. As more people get conscious about the issue the closer we will get to an eventual solution. Thank you very much Mr. Bosso for the copy provided.
