A Word from the Author
Mid west girl on a years sabbatical is visited by the ghost of none other than William Shakespeare who tell her a story of Sir Walter Raleigh and treasure hidden in South America. She decides to act on the information, and sets in train a series of events that will see her travel over three continents, get involved in all sorts of trouble, and finally succeed. The plot has a mixture of romance and some light hearted humour in it too. I set out to write it with the intention of entertaining and amusing my reader. I find the Inca and other South American cultures fascinating and had often wondered how they had built structures very similar in style to those in Cambodia, Egypt and Mexico when there was little or no contact between these civilisation. My story gives one possible explanation.
