A Word from the Author
Although it was the third book I published, No Rest for the Wicked was actually the first book I wrote. I wrote the opening chapter for a competition when I was eighteen. Unfortunately, it didn’t win said competition, however, by that time I’d already decided to carry on writing Elira and Anthony’s story, turning it into a full length novel.
Though I’d always loved writing and wanted nothing more than to be an author, before No Rest for the Wicked I’d never completed a novel; I merely had scattered pieces in various notepads! Thanks to my best friend, who the novel is dedicated to, I finally finished it almost a year later.
Since then I have written three other novels, two novellas and a slew of short stories. You could say that finishing No Rest for the Wicked opened the flood-gates and now I can’t stop!
