Apart from saving koalas, sixteen year-old Sierra’s world has been upside down since her dad disappeared. When she covertly discovers his location, Sierra and her best friend, Yesha, create a plan to rescue him. Even with a perfect disguise they soon discover that securing entry to the far away world may be the easiest part of their mission.

Their arduous quest takes them to a new planet where they meet fascinating and goodhearted people. Sierra’s new friends help her to overcome her short falls and she discovers first love as she pushes forward to reunite her family. It’s not easy but it is worth it.
