Bio
Robin D’Amato moved from Connecticut to New York City in 1977 to attend New York University, gaining a B.A. in Linguistics. She started working in the publishing industry in 1981, first as a proofreader and then, in 1984, as a desk-top publisher. Her day job paid for her passion for dancing and choreographing, and she produced three dance shows of her own choreography in the late 1990s. She is currently a pre-press specialist in the City, and lives in Manhattan’s East Village with her two cats and a large number of LPs and CDs. She has been writing since grade school. Somebody’s Watching You is her first novel.
