Bio
I live in the southern part of the United Kingdom, but have had a desire to live in Scotland for many years or at least have a holiday home there one day. It is the Highlands of Scotland that gave me the inspiration for my series, and as I have been lucky enough to go there many times, I can almost smell the heather, see the mountains, and hear the battles of the glens in my series. With my books, I want to take the reader to a similar place in a fantasy setting, where the physical battles may have been buried with time, but are still evident in the modern world. The ancient setting connects the reader to our ancestors and how they lived. This is where we came from, where our survival instincts come from and hunger for knowledge. All of these interests have made me the author I am today and it has been an absolute privilege to have people read my work.
