Bio
J.D. Palmer was born and raised in the beautiful state of Montana. He grew up climbing trees, jumping off of tall buildings into water, and swinging sticks at his friends in mock battles royale. At night he read.He first fell in love with books after reading The Hobbit, since then he has cherished time with Cormac McCarthy, Stephen King, Robin Hobb, Guy Gavriel Kay, Joe Abercrombie, Delia Owens, George R.R. Martin, Mark Lawrence, Pierce Brown, and many others. Dorothy Dunnett’s Lymond Chronicles remain his favorite books of all time (and he strongly urges you to read them).He enjoys camping, hiking, throwing a frisbee or just taking a stroll. He’s also a chess and vodka enthusiast. Currently, J.D. is writing the first book in a new fantasy series that he won’t tell anyone about.
