Under the California sun, everything seemed golden and glowing. But like many parts of Tinseltown, the facade can hide much. It took three major parts of Melinda J. Kelly’s life colliding to begin her questioning the showers of doubt that began raining down upon her.
Surrounded by thought leaders, savvy professionals, and other mentors, Melinda still found herself not ‘getting’ what she needed. It was a chance conversation at a conference that made her realize she could become lost looking for the answers if she didn’t figure out how to read the road maps each person was offering to her. Taking the time to do the ‘scary’ work, Melinda had to ask herself if it was them or her. And the answer, more and more, seemed to be her.
In looking at the traits and tendencies we all seem to share, Melinda found she was not alone. She offers her insights for others searching for their answers. In learning to embrace the questions rather than just seeking the answers, Melinda found the Power in the Questions.
