What happens when a done-with-academia anthropologist takes on speculative fiction? You get this unorthodox dystopian series called the Recall Chronicles. My goal as an author is to write page-turners full of compelling characters, romance, mystery, and action, while leaving my readers with something worth thinking about. I begin with the world as it is—the world as I see it—and then I think it forward, always willing myself to take it all just a step further. May I mention that I’m also an artist? The cover selected for this series is one of my own paintings, which has a title that says a lot about the characters I write: “One is the Agent, Caught in the Reaction of Cause and Effect”.
