Author Warren Laine-Naida
Bio
I studied Marketing and English Literature at university, and I began my love affair with food working as a waiter in the Rocky Mountains. From there I spent many years working in private clubs, restaurants, and catering. I moved from front to the back of house by apprenticing as a Chef and attending Chef School in Ontario, Canada. I took my cooking and marketing skills to Germany in the early 1990s’s, where I developed my chocolate sculpture exhibitions, furthered my writing, and began teaching. My current focus is Digital Marketing and Storytelling, writing, and very often, the chocolate.
